Excellent service and fast international shipping

I have been trying to find a decent budget air fork for my e-mtb for a few months. No stock in the UK/Europe.
I took a risk and bought a Manitou Markhor from worldwide cyclery and paid the shipment costs from US to UK.
Good clear email communication, the order was sent very quickly and within a week it was in my hands. Full tracking the whole way was easy to follow and as a bonus I didn't even get any tax or customs fees to pay!
I'm excited to get out and I'm sure this fork will transform my bike.
Keep up the great work, I love the youtube videos!

Swift International Service

Ordered a set of Truvativ descendant cranks on the 19th, arrived this morning (26th). Even with the postage, cheaper than European prices - not that I could source them anywhere in Europe (SRAM products are such a ball ache to source in the UK)).
Well done, WWC! Great service.

Mistake ordering from someone who uses usps to ship items.

Ordered a part for my bike on 12/6/2020 they had part in stock and charged my account on 12/7/2020. On 12/9 they sent me a funny email about sending my item for shipping and suggesting I should sit back and ha e a drink and be patient bc of the usps tracking system is flawed. So I still get that it will be delivered on 12/14/2020 when I check tracking it is now 12/20 and still no part. I don't understand why anyone would knowingly send parts through usps when they know they are unreliable, I guess bc they ( worldwide cyclery) has already got there money within 8 hours of my choosing item. It is only a 7 hour drive from where I live to there shop, but it has been 14 days since I paid for item and still don't have the item. Guess blame falls on me for not checking who they were shipping with. Yes ot was out of there hands in 48 hrs, but instead of making a joke about the shipping system why not use a more reliable shipping source. First and last time customer here!!

That is kind of crazy

That is kind of crazy. I bought an item that was marked in stock. Turned out not to be. They figured that out a couple of days later.
Let's how they would fix this.

These people are absolutely useless

These people are absolutely useless. I bought an item that was marked in stock. Turned out not to be. They said they would refund me accordingly. 1 week later no refund and no response after several e-mails. Appaling organisation avoid like the plague.

I bought some pedals

I bought some pedals. Been waiting on them for a month. No reply to emails or a call back. First and last time customer. Too many better cycle stores out there. Stay away from them.
